# Staking yields

## 9.1 Philosophy of Returns

ONEx generates yield exclusively from real economic activity — profit sharing from trade, business growth, and productive assets. All returns represent genuine economic value creation, not speculative inflation.

**ONEx does not offer:**

* Unsustainable "ponzinomics" yield
* Yield funded by new investor capital
* Returns that require token price appreciation to be real

## 9.2 Staking Pools

| Lock Period | Base APY | Notes |
| ------------ | -------- | ------------------- |
| Flexible | 8% | Unstake any time |
| 30-Day Lock | 15% | Early exit penalty |
| 90-Day Lock | 22% | Moderate commitment |
| 180-Day Lock | 30% | Long-term holder |
| 365-Day Lock | 40% | Diamond hands tier |

**With Loyalty Multiplier (Diamond tier + 365-day lock):** 40% × 3.0× = **120% APY**

All staking rewards vest linearly over 7 days after claim. Selling before fully vested forfeits unvested rewards — returned to staking pool.

## 9.3 zkML Credit & Lending

ONEx enables undercollateralized borrowing based on on-chain reputation:

| Credit Score | Max Loan-to-Value | Interest Rate |
| ------------------- | ----------------------- | ---------------- |
| 750–850 (Excellent) | 150% of collateral | \~8% annualized |
| 680–749 (Good) | 120% | \~12% annualized |
| 620–679 (Fair) | 100% | \~18% annualized |
| <620 (Building) | Overcollateralized only | \~24% annualized |

Credit scores are generated on-device using the zkML engine and verified on-chain. The lender receives a ZK proof of creditworthiness — never the underlying data.

## 9.4 Risk Mitigation Stack

| Risk | Mitigation |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Smart contract exploit | Dual independent audits + formal verification + $1M+ bug bounty |
| Oracle manipulation | TWAP (30-min minimum) prevents single-block manipulation |
| Liquidity crisis | JIT liquidity + multiple LP sources + dynamic size limits |
| Borrower default | Overcollateralization + automatic liquidation + insurance fund |
| Flash loan attacks | TWAP oracle immunity + circuit breakers |
| Regulatory action | Geo-adaptive compliance engine + licensed partner model |
