## 2.1 Master Timeline

## 2.2 ICO Period & Token Listing

* **Start Date:** 1st February 2026
* **End Date:** 31st July 2027
* **Duration:** 18 months — longest cliff period in crypto
* **Listing Date:** 1st August 2027 — the first day investors begin receiving unlocks
* During the entire 18-month window, **ALL investor tokens remain fully LOCKED**

## 2.3 Investor Unlock Mechanism (1 Aug 2027 – 31 May 2028)

Every month: 10% of total ICO token allocation unlocked. Split:

* **70%** of monthly unlock → Internal Exit Vault (IEV) — never touches the open market
* **30%** of monthly unlock → Released to market in 4 equal weekly installments (2.5% per week of the monthly total)

## 2.5 Team / Advisor / Promoter Cliff & Vesting

* **Vesting Duration:** 10 months at 10% per month, subject to VVC controls

> **INVESTOR PROTECTION:** ALL investor unlocks are FULLY COMPLETE before team vesting begins. Team cannot front-run investors at any stage.

## 2.6 Anti-Dump Protection at Vesting Level

1. **CLIFF PERIOD (18 months):** All investors locked during ICO. Zero circulating supply pressure.
2. **CONTROLLED UNLOCK (70/30 split):** 70% to IEV off-market, 30% to market in 4 weekly drips.
3. **TEAM SAFETY GAP (11-month post-ICO cliff):** Team has zero access until 31 May 2028.
4. **BUYBACK RESERVE (5%):** Dedicated allocation absorbs sell pressure during unlock windows.
5. **LIQUIDITY ALLOCATION (15%):** Protocol-owned deep liquidity — cannot be withdrawn even by team.
6. **TREASURY (5%):** Emergency intervention capability — diversified across 5 asset classes.
